The Lowe Kitchen
A fast and simple update to a boring '70s-style kitchen with a dropped-ceiling, fluorescent panels, and almond plastic laminate everywhere.

A dramatic change in appearance with a minimal amount of renovation inconveniences. Raising the ceiling made a world of difference in preparing for all new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Termite and water damage necessitated a complete rebuilding of the bay window structure (pressure treated lumber, this time). But, this gave us the opportunity to install all-wood window casing blending beautifully into waincoting throughout the kitchen.
